Stop Oversharing on Facebook

Have you ever noticed times where friends overshare on Facebook and other social media sites?? Cringeworthy stuff about their boyfriend or girlfriend, fueds with friends, processing how a coworker treated them, challenges they are facing with addictions. Instead of doing that, we should all be looking at journaling to process these emotions. It's way more productive than to vent online hoping others are on your side.

Writing a few sentences a day can be very healing and allowing yourself to type out your frustrations but not embarrass yourself to all of your Facebook friends and later wanting to delete that cringeworthy post. Journaling is a wonderful way of therapy that can help you process emotions. This is why Everydaywords exists.
